Bacon Blitz Potato Skewers

- 2-8 ounce Idaho® russet potatoes
- 16 slices bacon
- Seasonings of your choice
- Dipping sauces of your choice
- Clean and peel (if desired) the Idaho® russet potatoes, creating 6-8 wedges per spud. Season potatoes (if desired).
- Wrap each wedge with bacon.
- Bake in a preheated 425° F oven for 25-30 minutes.
- When cooked, place on paper towels to drain.
- Allow to cool. Skewer with bamboo skewers.
- Grill until desired level of crispiness.
- Serve and enjoy with dipping sauce of your choice.
