  1. 8 servings Instant Mashed Idaho Potatoes-prepared
  2. 10 oz. Mild Cheddar Cheese-shredded
  3. 8 oz. Bacon-diced, fully cooked
  4. ¼ cup Parsley-fresh, chopped
  5. ¼ tsp. White Pepper
Instructions
  1. Prepare Instant Mashed Idaho Potatoes, fully cooked and drain bacon, shred cheddar cheese. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes, covered.
