  1. 1 pint Brussels sprouts, cleaned
  2. 1/2 pound thick-cut bacon, cut in half
  3. Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Cut any large Brussels sprouts in half.Wrap each sprout with a slice of bacon and arrange on the baking sheet
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the bacon is crisp.
