Ingredients
  1. 3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
  2. 3 teaspoons baking powder
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 cup sugar
  5. 1 (12 ounce) can of beer
  6. 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  7. 1 ½ cups Snyder’s of Hanover Pretzel Sticks, broken into small pieces
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients and beer.
  3. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Pour melted butter over mixture.
  5. Sprinkle pretzel bits over buttered surface, very lightly press in to secure.
  6. Bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.
