- 1 cup sugar free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves, or your favorite Smucker's jam or preserves
- 1 cup sugar free lemon-lime soda
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- COMBINE ice cream, milk, fruit spread and soda in a blender container. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass; garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
