  1. 4 oz. Rum (white)
  2. 2 oz. Strawberry Pucker
  3. 2 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
  4. 2 oz. Creme de Menthe (green)
  5. 2 oz. Creme de Cacao (clear)
  6. 6 oz. Pina Colada Mix
  7. 3 Tbsp. cream of Coconut
  8. 1 oz. Roses Sweetened Lime Juice
  9. Whipped Cream
  10. Cherries for garnishing
  11. 2 trays of ice
  1. Combine the Rum (white), Pina Colada Mix, cream of Coconut, Lime Juice, and a tray of ice, in a blender. Blend on high for about 2 minutes. Pour half of this mix into a bowl and set in the freezer. With the half that's still in the blender, pour half of that into another bowl and set aside. Now, there should be 1/4 of the original amount still in the blender. To that, add the Malibu Rum, Strawberry Pucker, and about 10 cubes of ice. Blend about 2 minutes on high, pour into a container, and set in the freezer. Rinse out the blender, and then add the 1/4 of the original mix that was set aside, the Creme de Cacao, Creme de Menthe, and about 10 cubes of ice, into the blender. Blend on high for about 2 minutes. Pour this mix into a container and set in the freezer. You should now have 3 containers sitting in your freezer, with the red, green, and white mixes. It seems to work better if they sit in the freezer for at least half an hour as the mixes stiffen up. When you're ready to serve, simple take an ice cream scoop (or spoon) and sort of ladel and layer the three mixes on top of each other. A Collins or Hurricane glass works best. Put a little whipped cream on top, garnish with a cherry, insert a long straw, and let the celebrating begin.
