Ingredients
  1. 1 lb chicken strips
  2. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  3. 4 ounces green chilies
  4. 1 cup monterey jack cheese
  5. 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions

  2. Spray a medium size frypan with cooking spray.

  4. Sprinkle chili powder over chicken.

  6. Cook chicken strips until no longer pink.

  8. Turn stove top on low and add green chilis on top of chicken.

  10. Cook until chilis are warmed.

  12. Add cheese and cook until melted on top of chilis.

  14. Put on a dish and serve with salsa on the side.
