  1. 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) feta cheese, coarsely chopped
  3. 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
  5. 1 cup walnut pieces, finely chopped
  6. RITZ Crackers
  1. MIX cream cheese and feta cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover.
  2. REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.
  3. SHAPE into ball. Roll in chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers.
