  1. Reynolds® Baking Cups (Black Foil)
  2. 1 package (18.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix
  3. 3 teaspoons peppermint extract, divided
  4. Chocolate sandwich cookies with one side removed
  5. Black edible marker
  6. Silver and gold sugar sprinkles
  7. Decorating tip: #1M
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. PLACE Reynolds Baking Cups in muffin pans; set aside.
  3. PREPARE cake mix following package directions for 24 cupcakes, adding 2 teaspoons peppermint extract to batter. Spoon batter into baking cups.
  4. BAKE 18 to 22 minutes. Cool.
  5. USE decorating tip #1M to pipe frosting onto cupcakes.
  6. SPRINKLE cupcakes with gold and silver sugar sprinkles.
MAKE Clocks
  1. 1.Draw clock face and hands on sandwich cookies with edible black marker.
  2. 2.Place a clock on top of each cupcake.
