  1. 8 small baking potatoes, baked and cooled slightly
  2. ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  3. ¼ cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
  4. sour cream, if desired
  1. 1. Heat oven to 425ºF.
  2. 2. Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato flesh, leaving ¼-inch shells. Place potato shells on baking sheet. Top each half with cheese and bacon bits.
  3. 3. Bake potato skins 5 to 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
  4. 4. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
