- 8 small baking potatoes, baked and cooled slightly
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
- sour cream, if desired
- 1. Heat oven to 425ºF.
- 2. Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato flesh, leaving ¼-inch shells. Place potato shells on baking sheet. Top each half with cheese and bacon bits.
- 3. Bake potato skins 5 to 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
- 4. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
