Spinach and Pasta Salad

  1. 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Linguine (9 oz.)
  2. 5 cups shredded fresh spinach leaves
  3. 1 cup chopped fresh tomato
  4. 1 cup halved, thinly sliced red onion
  5. 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  6. 1 container BUITONI Refrigerated All Natural Pesto with Basil (7 oz.)
  7. 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. PREPARE pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain.
  2. COMBINE pasta, spinach, tomato, onion and pine nuts in large bowl.
  3. COMBINE pesto, lemon juice and salt in small bowl. Add to pasta mixture; toss well. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
